This depends on which country it is sent to, on the Shipping and Delivery page you will find the shipping costs. On the payment page it is indicated from which amount the shipment is free.

Which courier will deliver my order?
Slim-shirt.com ships with DHL and/or PostNL and its shipping partners.

How can I track the shipping status of my order?
Once your order is shipped by slim-shirt.com, you will receive a shipping confirmation and an email from PostNL or DHL with the track & trace information, allowing you to follow the shipment.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange my order, and how does this work?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it for an exchange. You can find the details and download the return form on our Exchange and Return page.

For returns, we follow the legal return period of 14 days after receiving the order.

Sizing & Care Instructions

What size do I need?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you determine your size.

Can I order a size smaller for a better result?
No, ordering a smaller size will not fit. We advise using the size chart. If your size falls between two sizes, order the larger size.

What are the care instructions?
We recommend washing our shapewear at 30 degrees by hand or in the machine using a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry or iron!

Just like with any other garment, frequent washing and wearing can affect the lifespan of the shapewear.

If you are certain about the correct size of your shapewear, we recommend adding at least 3 pieces to your wardrobe to prevent rapid wear and tear.
